I've never been able to see it either, and it baffled me when I first heard people saying you looked like her (and still does). When I look at her, I can see some superficial characteristics that, if I try hard enough, I can connect together into some loose-fitting resemblance. But it definitely doesn't jump out at me.

There are some striking key distinctions between the two of you that a discriminating eye can easily pick up on:

1) Her face is more strictly rounded than yours. Her chin in particular is weak and underdeveloped (IMO), giving her a more childish look.
2) In contrast to yours, her facial muscles lack visible tension and readiness, giving the impression of someone lighter and more relaxed.
3) She seems to possess habitually poor jaw control, such that her mouth hangs frequently agape. Whereas yours always seems as if held firmly in place.
4) Her poor jaw control and weak chin give her lips an especially pouty look—which you lack entirely.
